Sailing builds communication skills in such a way that causes the crew to manage tasks, motivate effectively, interact on many levels, delegate and accept responsibility.

On the sailboats, your group will work closely together to learn and execute simple and complex tasks like tacking the boat, trimming sails for best performance and navigating. Some of your team may be designated race committee and will direct the race. When they've accomplished the skills, the challenge starts! We lead your group through the team building program that you've chosen for them. Whether you choose the Pirate's Treasure Hunt, the Round the Marks Race or one of our custom programs, your group will have a great time learning to cooperate and participating in friendly competition in a non-threatening environment.
Our programs are designed to quickly break down those communication barriers that so commonly occur. This facilitates participants to work closely together to achieve the goals of their challenge. Bring your group out of their comfort zone and into an exciting adventure. In a fun environment, your group will form new bonds and learn to work together in a setting that promotes open communication and a real team attitude. On the water, everyone participates.
- No previous sailing experience required! Our American Sailing Association certified instructors will coach participants in sailing as well as safety equipment and navigation.
